Getting ready for Christmas

I love this time of year and one of my favourite things is to spend a couple of hours outside with my sketchbook making colour notes of the amazing colours on the trees.

I'm also really looking forward to the Christmas fairs and markets and love planning my presents. On new projects I'm spending time painting watercolours of cats, dogs and little animals  for a Christmas fair- they look very smart when finished like mini family portraits! At this time of year things get particularly busy commission wise so if you want anything in time for December then please give as much advance notice as possible!
